Family Access Policy

How owners invite family, the roles available, and how access can be removed.

Roles

Owner — full control. Family editor — can edit content and photos. Contributor — can submit memories for review. Viewer — can view a private memorial.

Invitations

Owners invite family by email. Invitation links are single-use and expire. Invited people accept by signing in to their own Ritual account.

Removing access

Owners and family administrators can remove a member’s access at any time. Removing access does not delete the contributions that person made.
