Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have rights to access, correct, restrict, export, and request erasure of personal data. Living individuals mentioned on a memorial, and next of kin, may exercise these rights.
Mistaken or living-person profiles
If a profile was created in error, contains false information, or concerns a living person, use the report button on the page or contact us. Such requests are handled with priority and the page can be hidden while we review.
