What is and isn’t allowed, how we moderate, and how to report content.

Respectful by default

Ritual is a place of remembrance. We do not allow hate speech, harassment, defamation, impersonation, or content that violates the rights of others.

Moderation

Guestbook messages and candle messages may be moderated by the memorial owner and by our team. We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

Reporting

Anyone can report a memorial or a message from the public page. Reports are reviewed with priority, especially claims that a profile is mistaken or concerns a living person. Contact [email protected] for urgent issues.
