Data Export Policy

How to download a copy of a memorial’s content.

Export your memories

Paid plans include the ability to export a memorial’s content — biography, photos, timeline, and messages — so your family always has its own copy.

You can request an export from your dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Exports are provided in a portable, human-readable format.
